Fletcher Living has a long history and strong commitment to providing quality new homes for Kiwis. It has taken 110 years to get to where we are today - since James Fletcher built his first weatherboard home in Dunedin in 1909. The home still stands proud and is an ever present statement of our craftsmanship.

Usually at Fletcher Living, we’re busy creating brand-new homes, not television commercials. But because we’re so proud of the homes we build, we decided it was time to share our message far and wide.

So we engaged comedian and Fletcher Living stay-at-home-dad Pax Assadi, to help tell our story. After spending a day on-set in one of our Red Beach homes, Pax learned that home is truly where the heart is, but it's also where you'll find the highly specced kitchen, quality workmanship and stylish interior finishes are.
