All New Zealanders can now order essential goods to support working / studying from home online at PB Tech, with a much larger range of goods available to approved essential businesses.

If your approved essential business does not have access to our wider range of essential business products after logging in, you can request access through this form here or by contacting your account manager or our procurement team who are all now working from home. Approved essential businesses can also place orders directly with our remote working account managers / procurement staff if that is preferable.

Please allow up to 2 working days for us to dispatch orders from our logistics centre in Manukau, plus additional time for national courier delivery for shipped items which remains largely unchanged from those displayed on our website (typically 1-2 working days for non-rural locations within NZ).

We are still prioritising orders from essential businesses so there could be some small delays, please bear with us. On rare occasion, if there is an urgent need an essential business has system priority to leapfrog the queue ahead of other customers, in an effort to assist those who are striving to keep all of NZ safe. Thank you for your understanding if your order is impacted.

All orders shipped from PB Tech are now automatically contactless for the safety of both our customers and our courier partners.

In these challenging times we’re proud to be doing our very small part to supply essential goods to the Kiwis who need them, as well the essential businesses doing their part in the front line fight against COVID-19. Thank you to the essential business workers for your commitment. While we take our responsibilities as a key provider of technology within the New Zealand supply chain seriously, the health and wellbeing of our staff and their families remains paramount. That’s why we’ve implemented the following measures to protect our hardworking warehouse and assembly teams located at our Manukau logistics centre (currently the only staff at PB Tech not working from home):

• All staff are required to wear face masks, which are changed out every 3 hours

• Regular hand washing is required for all staff

• We are strictly practising social distancing inside our logistics facility, we have a skeleton crew of approximately 30 warehouse and assembly staff in a building about the size of a rugby field

• We are spraying the warehouse working areas with hospital grade disinfectant overnight

• We are measuring for elevated staff temperature on arrival using a handheld zero-contact forehead digital thermometer, to ensure all staff are safe to enter.

• Orders that are packed are loaded into large courier bins, and handed off to professional couriers in a zero touch fashion, with courier bins loaded by forklift into courier trucks

• There is zero contact between PB Tech staff and customers at our secure logistics facility
