One of the top provincial courses in the country, Wanganui Golf Club has hosted many international and national events including seven NZ Opens. The course is a well-manicured, sand-based gem built over undulating terrain that tests every aspect of your game. The club recently removed its pine trees and as a result it now plays like more of a links-style course and can be extremely challenging depending on the wind.
